MODES OF REGISTRATION
Foreign Delegates:
- Online registration through www.e-asia.org
- Spot registration at eAsia 2009 help desk at Colombo airport and Taj Samudra Hotel (between Nov 29-Dec 01, 2009) or at the venue (BMICH, Colombo) on the day of conference.
Local Delegates:
- Pre-registration(for all delegates) at ICT Agency office in Colombo (160/24, Kirimandala Mawatha, Colombo 5, Sri Lanka; Tel: +94-11-2369100) and at Citrus Events Worldwide’ office (Level 3, 300 Havelock Road, Colombo 00500; Tel: +94 772 377 778 or +94 772 377 779) - till Nov 29.

- Pre-registered and having hotel bookings through official travel managers (Diethelm Travels) – collect badge from the eAsia 2009 help desk at Taj Samudra Hotel - Colombo
- Pre-registered and NOT having hotel bookings through official travel managers (Diethelm Travels) - collect badge from the eAsia 2009 help desk at Colombo airport

Sri Lankan airlines, official airliner for the event, will offer discounted price for air-ticket booked through their regional offices listed below. Also offer valid for Spouse as well (require registration confirmation document) ;
